I want a color-coded bookshelf

imagine if your bookshelf looked like this (via information aesthetics). I really want to try doing this with my bookshelf at home, not because it really needs to be organized or is so massively huge I can't grapple with it, but because I think it would make for an interesting aesthetic experience (and it would be kind of fun).
